Technical Support

• Web development (design, setup, maintain, support).

• Design & carry out Social Media Marketing/Campaign.

• Provide technical support in the company daily operation and during event.

• Design solution for any technological complication faced by the company.• Actively participating in various opportunities on community & youth

development projects.• Assist and work closely with project management crew to ensure maximum

support.

Project Management

• Form task forces and working groups amongst all organizational membersfor events/problems/ideas/solutions.

• Design & conceptualize project planning according to client’srequirement.

• Organize, Lead, Coordinate, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate the project.• Actively participating in various opportunities on community & youth

development projects.• Constantly adding feedback and improve project management practices

and tools to increase organizational performance.

Design & production

• Work closely with project management crew to design and develop all materials of visual impacts that will be published officially online and offline.

• Take charge on photography & videography during events.

• Manage processes of post-production.

• Assist the Director of Art to produce outstanding materials for company branding purposes.

Internship Details Realisation date: 5th May 2016 Duration: 8 weeks Payment for AIESEC in UKM is RM200. Frequently have to be away from the office for events and off-location production

CHASERZ’ is situated in Sungai Chua, Kajang, Selangor. EP will be staying in student hostel in The National University of Malaysia (UKM)

(Accommodation is fully covered) Transportation is provided by CHASERZ’ from UKM to CHASERZ’ office. But

preferred international license holder. Not hot water in the bathroom, shared bathroom. Pick up service from airport is not provided; however, advice will be given to reach a

nearby train/bus station. Pickup service from train/bus station is provided.

Integration AIESEC Activities EP will meet AIESECer at least twice throughout the 8 weeks. EP will be invited to LC UKM if there is any AIESEC event in LC. EP is highly recommend to prepare a cultural sharing or presentation. LC partnership is recommended in future if this experience achieve mutual

expectation for both LC.
