Chief Academic Officer
- Supervise the planning, process and implementation
- Approve the cluster deliverables
- Provide direction and input based on the vision of C&I and the district

- Attend all Cluster Planning Team Meetings
- Provide content expertise and direction to the team
- Provide feedback on the deliverables
Cluster Planning Lead
- Develop templates, agendas, and frameworks
- Provide guidance to the project managers/ consultants on the process and deliverables

Two-hour community meetings held in each cluster throughout February and March.
Part One: Cluster Planning• Cluster Planning Team Principal Facilitators will outline the cluster
planning process, cluster data, and the draft mission, vision, and priorities.
• Community members will break into groups to provide feedback on the mission, vision, and priorities.
Part Two: Charter System• A presentation on the Charter System and school governance
options.• Community members will break into groups to discuss desired
school governance structure and functions.
A website will publish minutes, dates, locations, and other information about the meetings
