Your InvestmentOur fee rates are based on a low percentage of thecandidate’s guaranteed remuneration, usually basicsalary plus a small valuation for a company car. We arehappy to agree a fixed fee rate for a particular roleremoving the restraint of any budget restrictions duringsalary negotiations.

Our clients choose to retain our services, ensuring the strongest and mostproductive working relationship with everybody committed to its success.

As a retained campaign a small portion of our total fee is paid on your authorisationfor us to proceed with the search. This enables us to invest the necessary timeand resources to identify, track, approach and meet with candidates and toensure the success of the campaign. The remainder of the agreed fee is paid atthe conclusion of the campaign and the appointment of your new executive.
