Undertook piping design with AutoPIPE, Non-condensable gas (NCG) removal system design and engineering, pressure vessel’s process engineering and selection, pipeline sizing, valve selection and PIDs with KKS labelling.

BacMan Geothermal Rehabilitation Project - BacMan I & II (2010), South Eastern Luzon, Philippines, Energy Development Corporation (EDC). Design engineer. Undertook existing/new Gas Removal System (GRS) and main steam piping engineering, including pipeline sizing, pressure drop, and piping layout and design with AutoPIPE.

Patuha Geothermal Power Station (2009), Patuha, Indonesia, Geo Dipa Energi. Lead design engineer. Responsible for geothermal steam field performance modeling and optimization, piping design, process engineering and preparation of plant specifications for the proposed 55 MW power station at Patuha, south of Bandung. Work was carried out in the client’s office in Jakarta, with site visits to gather information.

Kawerau 100 MW Geothermal Power Binary Plant (2008), Kawerau, New Zealand, Mighty River Power. Engineer. Setup a spreadsheet model with VBA functions of geothermal field piping work, and undertook the pipe system performance (pressure drop, flow rate and enthalpy) analysis of removing and adjusting branch line control valves.

Pipe Stress Analysis (2009), Auckland, New Zealand, Mighty River Power. Engineer. Undertook the study of pipe stress analysis (ASME B31.1) regarding the using nominal pipe wall thickness, and the review of design transient issue of a steam field piping system with comparing different piping design standards and codes (including Australia standard: AS 4041-2006).

Nga Awa Purua 130 MW Geothermal Power Plant (2009), Taupo, New Zealand, Mighty River Power. Engineer. Steam field production and reinjection control valve operation principles, steam field pipe line and valve spec from PIDs with KKS labelling.

Pipe Two-phase Flow Model Study and Improvement (2009), Auckland, New Zealand. In-house development. Engineer. Undertook the study and comparison of Harrison method with Zhao method, programmed Zhao method with corrections and fitting corrections into PB’s two-phase flow model.

North Negros 49 MW Geothermal Power Station (2008), Negros, Philippines, PNOC EDC/First Gen. Engineer. Undertook review of the steam pipe work rehabilitation strategy of its steam field.

Power KEPCO Cebu Unit 2 I/LP Steam Turbine (103MW), Root Cause Investigation of Rotor Bow (2012),

Philippes. Engineer. Undertook analysis turbine operation history data, installation and maintenance information, and figured out the main reason which caused the turbine rotor bow.
