To whom it may concern 23 rd September 2014 Charles Harris was employed by Sitec Building and Maintenance between 3 rd June 2013 and 28 th May 2014. During this time he showed himself to be a keen and enthusiastic learner. He fitted in extremely well with members of the management team and sub-contractors on site. He was always well presented and his timekeeping was excellent. During his employment Charles proved himself to be a keen, enthusiastic and popular member of the team, always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. Whilst employed with us Charles carried out various disciplines including pre tender site surveys, assisting the estimators in take offs and obtaining quotes. He assisted in cost build ups using Excel spreadsheets. On site he supervised sub-contractors, concentrating on performance and quality and checking against method statements and risk assessments. He is an extremely confident person and was not fazed by dealing with clients, suppliers or sub-contractors.
