Provide college level instructions to students in the Earth Sciences.

September 2006 – August 2015 GIS Analyst – Polk County BoCC, Bartow, FL

Responsible for maintaining several Countywide GIS Programs (including GIS applications and providing GIS training) and ArcSDE Administration. Responsible for managing and analyzing geographical information, and for developing and maintaining the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) databases. Also responsible for all GIS projects and products in support of preserving the environment at the Fort Sill Military Base.

January 2003 -June 30, 2005 GIMS Specialist II / Geologist – Ohio Geological Survey.

Responsible for the mapping of abandoned-underground mines in Ohio; including creating and maintaining both personal and multi- user geodatabases running in ArcSDE on a SQL server. Additionally responsible for the supervising of interns, technical paper and report writing; presenting papers and talks at professional conferences.

May 2001- January 2003 GIS Specialist - System Resource Management --- assigned at the Rhode Island Water Resources Board (RIWRB).

Responsible for all GIS related issues and projects. Additionally responsible for recreating the water supply districts, water transmission/distribution lines and pumping points GIS coverages within the RIGIS data bank.
