Pilgrimage of the homeless to Jasna Gra MonasteryThe students from our school helped organize the pilgrimagefor the homeless.We and students from other schools made two thousand sandwichesfor the homeless. The atmosphere was unique. Everone had a smile ontheir faces. 4. Children's Day FestivalWe helped organize a festival for children. During this festival therewere performances and other kinds of entertainment. Our task was to sellsweets, ice creams, drinks. Our volunteers put on kids' faces funnymake-up. 5. Food collectionWe invited other people to help the poor. We were picking up foodfor the needy in Biedronka supermarkets. We had shopping trolleyswhere people could put different products in. It was good fun. We areglad that we help other people. 6. Ballo di Carnevale per disabiliCarnival ball for the disabledEach year in February a carnival ball is held for disabled people fromCzstochowa. Our school representation of Caritascharity organized funfor the guests, helped in preparing meals and did cleaning works. 7. The Grand Orchestra of Christmas CharityFoundationWielka Orkiestra witecznej Pomocy(WOP)The Charity is one of the biggest, non-governmental, non-profit charityin Poland. Of course, our school takes part in this event every year. This yearthere was the 22nd final of WOP, and throughout the 22 years the foundationhas collected 170 545 273.64 USD. The money has been earmarked for hosptalequipment. 8. The Foundations aim:Our aim is to work in the field of health protection by savingpatients and especially young patients lives and supporting theirtreatment. Additionally, the Foundation promotes health andmedical prevention. Jurek Ow iak is the founder of the charity. 9. Con l'aiuto di Casa dei BambiniIn our school are often organized collection of school supplies for thechildren from the orphanage. Students willingly join to help, among the itemssupplied by them were included notebooks, pencil cases and blocks for writingand drawing. 10.
