EcoCHARGE XHF Modular Chargers are amongst the highest power density chargers in the world.

The high-efficiency modules deliver up to 60Amps/3kW, with the capacity for up to nine modules to be plugged in parallel to achieve an impressive 540A charger current, sufficient for opportunity and fast charging of all lead-acid motive power batteries.

With advanced microprocessor control, built-in intelligence and auto-configuration options EcoCHARGE XHF Modular Chargers are versatile and can be customized to get the most out of your battery fleet. Energy saving efficiency features such as delayed start options and modular architecture saves you money on your electricity bill.

When combined with Battery Monitoring Modules (BMM), the charger can optimize the charging process through real-time monitoring, for example, battery voltage, temperature and electrolyte level. Any battery fitted with a BMM will automatically configure the EcoCHARGE XHF Modular Charger for the correct battery voltage and capacity.

Auto Watering Kit The Auto Watering Card mounts inside the XHF Modular Charger and connects to an externally mounted solenoid suitable for the supply of deionised water. This can then be enabled to auto fill the batteries either on a cycle counting basis or when the BMM detects a low electrolyte level.

BMMConnect The Battery Monitoring Module is installed on each battery – and is used to provide accurate battery metering, charger configuration, charge compensation and data logging. The module measures six different battery parameters continuously, reports them to the charger and stores them for the life of the battery. While the BMM communicates with the charger through the existing cables, its Bluetooth connection can be used to transfer battery records quickly to an Android tablet for further analysis.

Universal Mounting BracketA universal mounting bracket allows the FS3 charger to be wall mounted in two different directions or to be floor mounted or fixed to racking.
