Protagonist

ProtagonistOuter presence: Their appearance is of a ‘typical’ woman, mid 20’s inner presence: their personality is scared and panicky which follows the stereotypical horror/thriller film conventions Context: They live in the house in which the sequence is set, they live a normal life. Throughout the film the audience would learn more about this character and align with them

Antagonist

AntagonistOuter presence: Their appearance is of a ‘mysterious’ figure almost like a silhouette. We don’t see their face or expressions Inner presence: Methodical and sly, they seem relatively calm Context: little or nothing is known about this character and where they live/do but throughout the film the audience would learn about their past, motives etc..

Casting

For the female protagonist I will use my sister, she suits the description I have set for the character and will be available for shooting more often than someone else.

The male character doesn’t need to have any specific traits or looks because I want his identity to remain a little more vague and ambiguous.
