1. Job PerformanceOrganization hires PINOY because there is a job to do and organization expects him to do his best.

Job Performance is evaluated from time to time to find out how PINOY equates himself to the expectation of the organization.

2. Loyaltyis measured how PINOY could be honest in the service of organizational objectives.

It could be seen in how he could protect the interest of the organization and the management. It is measured on individual capacity to protect the organization’s interest not only to the public but also to its clients.

3. DedicationThe level of how he does his job without much supervision from his immediate superiors.

A dedicated PINOY does not look at the time in the office and counts the numb3er of hours or minutes that he is on the job.

He looks at what he can do for his company and its interest.

4. Talent and SkillsWhile PINOY is hired for his talents and skills, organization wants these talents and skills harnessed to the best interest of the organization.

The individual PINOY must be able to contribute not only his skills and talents but also his other potentials to achieve organizational objectives.

5. The Highest Level of CooperationOne of the most important ingredients of sound organization is the level of cooperative efforts of the individuals.

The achievement of the organization is not the achievement of an individual person but the workings of all the sectors in the organized system.

PINOY shapes the organization that fits its day to day activities.

PINOY works in an organized system of activities. The work flow must be a set of activities and operation in the performance of assigned task usually in written job description.
