A) Educational Qualification

As shown on the table out of 30 respondents as to

educational qualifications 14 or47% belongs to highs school

graduate, and 11 or 37% belong to college level. On the other

hand, 5 or 17% belongs to college graduate while none or zero

percent to post graduated. This implies that there are more

managers in managing micro business in Urdaneta City. The

findings of the study mean that putting up micro business does

not require an higher educational qualifications.

It can be gleaned from the table that 19 or 63% belongs to

no or zero attendance in training of the managers were obtained.

On the other hand, 10 or 33% belongs to 1 – 5 days in attending

training and seminars while 1 or 4% belongs to 6 – 10 days.

Moreover, either zero or none responded belongs to the “11 – 15

days” and 1”6 and above days”. The finding implies that there

many managers/owners do not attend training and seminars. This

means that managers are not interested or valued in attending

training and seminars.
