Particularly in business, most of the stable companies use computerized systems for their transactions to be competitive and lessen manual processes inside the company. Just like in Seafarers Inn, business transactions are processed manually, which consume much time and may produce costly errors in their transactions. The proponent developed a reservation and billing system for the inn to hopefully address all problems of their current manual system. The system handles all business transactions of the inn particularly in the front desk like reservations, check-in and out, billing, guest and room monitoring. It also generates report for the manager or the owner.
