The War on Terror
• Man against man, brother against brother: A collection of masterpiece mindsets that will lead us to doomsday unless we act…– West: “Islam” is the problem
• The Western school of thought assumes that "Islam" is the problem, its teachings are about violence and "killing" Jews and Christians.
• This mindset is supported by the actions of the uneducated and fanatic Muslim groups through their irresponsible and illogical actions especially 9/11, bringing the religion and its followers a bad name.
• The West's solution is "fight terror" which is slowly translating to a war against any and every Muslim who does not subscribe to their concepts -while their media often badmouths an incorrect image and view of Islam.
– East: “America/Israel” is the problem• The eastern school of thought assumes that "The West" is out to destroy
their religion and take over their wealth. Besides turn them into moral and media slaves.
– The World…• In the process tens of thousands of innocent people are dying and billions
are fed incorrect fanatical ideas by both sides.
• Adding to the hate and misery of the majority of the world’s poor population.
• While adding to the coffers of the “Hate Prophets” and mercenaries on both sides.
Building Collateral
• History teaches us…
…that the most complex of problems, have but
the simplest of solutions
• We need to replace beliefs based on hatred and
mistrust with beliefs based on love and trust
• The methodology is to focus on:
– Gulf Country Leadership
– Expand to Muslim Country Leadership
– Expand to Global Leadership
Why?
• The Strategy-The Macro View
– Create an action plan for changing negative beliefs
and mindsets for the East at leadership and mass
communication levels
• Sell the idea to the GCC leadership
– Take it down to province/city/district leadership
– Influence the masses with a media campaign to change the
negative beliefs
• Filter it down to Muslim (non GCC) countries
• Show results in the East, then…
– Expose the idea to the West, solicit assistance of
Western scholars to work on Western mindsets
• Win-Win for everyone!
Action Plan-The Macro View

– Ethnic and religious bonding turning into agendas for hate and intolerance

– Identify the EXACT mindsets harbored by people of:
• Different ethnic backgrounds
• Different religions
• Replace them with alternate positive beliefs
Micro Action Plan: The Gulf
• Problems
– State Category 1:
• Masses opinions diverge from leadership leading
to internal unrest (KSA and similar)
– State Category 2:
• Leadership is fundamental / hate provoking and
masses are aligned (Iran and similar)
Solutions
• Organize a “Change the Global Mindset”
conference in Dubai, UAE
– Dubai is perceived as a liberal Arab / Muslim
state
– It is a hub of intelligentsia activities in the
region
• Invite all leaders and reps of GCC
countries

THE FIRST STEP– Define mindsets
– Relate the concept of mindsets to the prevalent Global hate and intolerance situation
– Identify common Arab / GCC mindsets regarding• The way they operate internally
• The way they perceive other nations, nationalities and religions
– Analyze the impact of these mindsets on the GCC, and those affected by it
– Create alternative mindsets to replace the negative mindsets
– Come up with a strategy to:• Ensure internal compliance of leadership
• Ensure top executive level compliance
• Create a top level team of leaders of intelligentsia and opinion leaders across major societal segments
• Ensure a media campaign to sell/ persuade the idea to the masses
• Ensure a feedback monitoring and control mechanism to assess compliance at a national level
• Create subgroups to identify and tackle individual problems that nations face relating to economy, law and order and other aspects to deliver TEAM WORK in the true sense
– Review results on a bi annual basis with the GCC leadership
