1 In the Workplace screen, click "Customer Request"

2 Click the "Submit Change Request" link.

3 Click the drop down arrow next to the field "please select a Sold to"

4 In the list, select a sold to.

5 Click Submit.

6 In the "Transaction Type" field, click the drop down arrow.

7 From the list, select the desired change type.

8 Select the priority

9 Enter the desired change in the request box.

10 Click Submit Request.

11 Click OK.
