A basic syergy training self-coaching for youth workers and young social activists CHANGEMAKER April 10-19, 2016 Hollókő, Hungary phase 1 Purpose To improve your competences as a youth worker in order to become more efficient in your work and life and create your desired impact. skills improvement of youth workers in handling social and cultural differences, cooperation, teamwork, responsibility, communication, trust, openness, listening, self-expression, initiative, creativity, handling unexpected events, motivation, expressing values in action experiencing how a competence-focused learning process works and understanding how such processes can be integrated in youth work and non-formal learning – as an example, introduction of YouthPass as a tool in international youth work creating the base and providing info for future networking and the creation of common projects within the ERASMUS+ Programme To Phase 1, we invite youth workers, youth leaders, mentors, coaches, trainers, facilitators NGO staff members and volunteers, WHO WANT TO: assess, evaluate and improve themselves and their own competences as youth workers learn principles and methods of learning process design support and / or work as individuals Changemaker gives the opportunity to: learn to use YouthPass as a tool and see the connection between fieldwork and European processes learn tools of mentoring, coaching and counselling self-coaching and burnout prevention explore how creativity works Bulgaria Romania Greece Italy Portugal Lithuania Hungary Turkey This TC is for participants coming from one of the following countries: More Find more information on the training method and program here - read it carefully when you apply! Arrivals and departures We ask you to arrive on April 9, 2016 to BUDAPEST until 16:00! We expect you to participate on the whole program! Departure from the venue is on April 20, 2016 in the early morning. We organise a common bus for you from Budapest to Hollókő and the way back from Hollókő to Budapest. Your board and accommodation is covered only during the training. If you would like to arrive 1-2 days earlier, contact the project manager! April 9 arrival, program starts: 19:30 April 19 program ends: 22:30 April 20 departure The TC will be in Hollókő, the countryside of Hungary, 100km from Budapest. The village is situated in North Hungary and it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The accomodation and the program will be in Creative Space training center. You will be accomodated in 4-bedded rooms with separate shower and toilet each. The house and the garden is rented for the time of the TC, in order to have it as a home for you and to have the full privacy of the group. Light housework will be done by the group as well – a daily cleaning, keeping the house tidy, and the cleaning of your own rooms. Wifi: YES Washing machine: NO Pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your own towels and sleeping bags. From Creative Space, you can rent: sleeping bag: 10€ camping matress: 5€ towel: 5€ The number of these is limited, if you need, let us know beforehand! Without requesting it before, we cannot ensure that you will recieve one on spot. Egyesek covers the following costs: accommodation food the costs of the program 100% of the travel costs of foreign participants, up to the limit visa costs Reimbursement The procedure and the conditions of the reimbursement are described HERE. Please read it carefully and if you have questions, contact us in advance. Amounts given are for return tickets between your place of living and Hollókő. The amount of your reimbursement will be calculated based on the distance between your legal address and the venue of the program. The limit can be less then the amounts indicated above but not more. We reimburse public transport tickets from Budapest only if you provide the used ticket and the invoice.
