Introduction

The Change My Password is a module that helps the users of the different geographies of Concentrix to change their password

either because the users forgot their password or because of the 90 days change password authentication rule.

How to Access the Change My Password Module

1. Go to this link: https://pwdtool-global.concentrix.com

2. Click the Change My Password module.

Parts of the Change My Password

1. Username

This allows a user to enter their Single Sign-

On(SSO) / Office 365 username. The format

should be firstname.lastname.

Ex. john.doe

2. Old Password/Temp Password

This allows a user to enter their old

password / temporary password given by

the authorized person of Concentrix.

Ex. abC!23

3. New Password

This allows the users to enter their new

password. As per ITSS_005 Concentrix

Corporate Information Technology

Standard, Password Policy Requirements

must meet the following:

• Contain a mix of alphabetic and non-

alphabetic characters (numbers,

punctuation or special characters) or a

mix of at least two types of non-alphabetic

characters.

• Not contain the user-id as part of the

password.

• Be changed at least once every 90 days.

• Not be reused until after at least eight

iterations.

• Be set to an expired state upon initial

issuance or reset, if system or support

personnel are aware of the password

content.

4. Confirm PasswordThis allows a user to re-enter their password

for password verification.

4. Captcha Code

This is a program that protects websites against

bots by generating and grading tests that

humans can pass but current computer

programs cannot.

This allows a user to regenerate a new captcha

code.

7. Confirm Button

This button allows a user to change their

password based on their new password.

This allows a user to enter the generated captcha

code.

Note: This is a Case Sensitive

How to Change Password

1. Enter your Username.

2. Enter your Old Password / the

generated Temporary Password using

the reset feature.

3. Enter your New Password.

Ex: CoNcEnTrix123!43!

4. Re-enter your new password in this

field.

5. Enter the generated Captcha code.

Ex: HwhCt9

6. Click the Confirm button.

Note: This link will generate a new

Captcha code.

How to Change Password

7. Enter your feedback in the textbox and

click the Send Feedback button or

simply click the No Thanks button.

Note: This pop-up message appears

whenever the changing of password is

successful.

Note: This will only appear whenever the

user clicks the Send Feedback button .

Error Messages (Change My Password)

This error message appears whenever the user clicked the Confirm button

without filling the required fields. Each required field has its corresponding

error label. Please see the screenshot for the error label examples.

1. Account is Disable – this only appears when the user is tagged as

resigned in the Active Directory.

• Active Directory is a centralized and standardized system that

automates network management of user data, security, and

distributed resources, and enables interoperation with other

directories. The personnel in charge for tagging are the IT Team.

2. Account is LockedOut – this error label appears when the user

entered a wrong password on the fifth attempt. Once the account is

Locked out the user needs to request for password reset.

3. Invalid Password – this displays the number of wrong password

attempts.

4. User and Password do not match – this means that the system

cannot connect to Global Active Directory.

Old Password / Temp Password Error Label

1. Password is too short – this means that the entered new

password is below eight characters.

2. Password is too long – this means that the entered new

password exceeds twenty characters.

3. Password must include at least one letter – this means that

the user needs to input at least one letter.

4. Password must include at least one number – this means

that the user needs to input at least one number.

5. Password must include at least one CAPS - this means that

the user needs to input at least one Caps Lock letter.

6. Password must include at least one symbol – this means

that the user needs to input at least one symbol.

New Password Error Label

This error label appears whenever the entered

password didn't matched to the entered new password.

This error label appears whenever the user

forgot to enter the Captcha code.

requester misspelled the Captcha code.

This warning message appears whenever the system

cannot connect to Global Active Directory.
