Book Your Booth Today for the Spring-Ford Chamber’s Trade ShowOur fourth annual Business-to-Business Expo is coming up quickly and booths and sponsorships are going fast!
The 2015 B2B Expo will be at Pope John Paul II High School on March 11, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Chamber is offering an early-bird discount of 10 percent to registrants who book a booth by January 15!
There are three ways to get involved in the expo: reserve a booth, sponsor the expo and/or place an ad in the expo program.
Booths are $250 for members and $400 for non-members. This price includes a 6-foot skirted table, a 6’ x 9’ piped and draped booth, exhibitor signage and badges, and a listing in the show program.
Ad rates are also available for the program. You do not have to reserve a booth to advertise in the program, so if you cannot attend the expo, placing an ad will get you seen as well!
Sponsoring is a great way to really be seen at the event. All sponsorship categories include a 6’ x 9’ piped and draped booth, your choice of booth location at the show (so book now to get those spots near the entrance!) and your logo printed on all the show materials. Each category also has some unique benefits, too.
Platinum Sponsorship is $2,500. In addition to the shared benefits, a Platinum Sponsor will receive a quarter-page ad in our newsletter for six months, a full-page ad in the show program, a banner ad on the Chamber website and an invitation to speak at a monthly Chamber lunch or breakfast.
Gold Sponsorship, for $1,000, includes the shared benefits plus a four-month quarter-page newsletter ad, a half-page ad in the program, and a banner ad on the Chamber’s website.
Car Dealership Sponsors, for $750, include the shared benefits plus the ability to park up to two cars outside the venue. Show off the 2015 models to all our attendees, who will walk past your cars as they come in.
Silver Sponsorship, for $500, includes the shared benefits plus a business-card sized ad in the newsletter for two months and a quarter-page ad in the show program.

January’s mixer will be on January 22 from 5-7 PM, hosted by our friends at Doggy Daydreamz Dog Wash in the Trappe Shopping Center on Main Street in Trappe.
Shark Think Tank is back in January, on January 15 at Brookside Country Club. The first topic for 2015 will be “New Ideas to Strengthen Your Business in the New Year”. Attendees are invited to bring their ideas and suggestions for discussion.(This event is members-only and is limited to business owners, presidents or CEOs.)
February’s mixer host will be Painting with a Twist in Limerick Square Shopping Center on Buckwalter Road. Dates and times will be announced soon!
February’s luncheon on Thursday, Feb. 12 will be a Lunch and Learn on the new Member Information Center and all the benefits of the new ChamberMaster software we’re using. Learn how to use the website to promote your business, post job openings, offer special deals, and more! The location will be announced later.

Chamber to Host Jay Paterno at January Annual LunchThe Spring-Ford Chamber is pleased to welcome Jay Paterno as our speaker for the Chamber’s Annual Lunch in January. Paterno is recognized as an expert speaker on leadership and team-building, and will be speaking on building a team while facing adversity and how to hold a unit together when facing challenges that seem daunting.
In addition to Paterno’s speech, the Chamber will an-nounce the 2015 executive committee members and board of directors, and will present the Chamber Mem-ber of the Year award to one of our members.
The first 100 people to reserve for the luncheon will re-ceive a copy of Jay Paterno’s new book, Paterno Leg-acy: Enduring Lessons from the Life and Death of My Father, courtesy of Steve Oehlert and Oehlert Brothers Home Heating and Cooling.
Tickets are $25 for members and $30 for non-mem-bers. Non-member guests are welcome to attend.
