Crime Watch meeting have been ongoing for the past 16 years every month with a different speaker bringing interesting informa-tion to heighten crime and drug awareness strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships here in Mechanic-sburg Tap into these fast-paced one hour informal fact filled get togethers

Sergeant Brian Curtis of the Mechanicsburg Police Department will give us an update for the past 30 days along with infor-mation on the latest scams and tips to keep us from becoming victims The days are longer and becoming warmer more people will be outside stay alert Be a good neighbor

Law enforcement coordinator Charles ldquoChiprdquo Brown will be our guest presenter Chip works for MAGLOCLEN what is all that Mid Atlantic Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network This promises to be a very interesting talk We are going to learn ldquostuffrdquo and how information about the bag guys gets circulated
