Installation

1. Mount the CFRG-ZUMO660 adapter harness black box in close proximity to your J&M CFRG unit. Take into account the length of wiring harness available to make proper connections.

2. Using the supplied butt-style connectors, connect your ZUMO 660 power harness to the red and black wires from the CFRG-ZUMO660 adapter harness. Plug the 2.5mm mono and the 3.5mm stereo plugs from the adapter harness into your Zumo 660 or Zumo 665 Harness. (See Diagram)

3. Locate the black 2-pin radar power connector from your J&M CFRG unit. (Refer to J&M CFRG instructions) Plug the corresponding black 2-pin connector from the CFRG-ZUMO660 Adapter Harness into the black 2-pin connector from the CFRG integration terminal. (See Diagram)NOTE: If you are using a radar detector and it is connected to the black 2-pin connector from the CFRG unit, simply plug the black 2-pinconnectors from the CFRG-ZUMO660 adapter harness in-line between the black 2-pin connector from the CFRG unit and the black 2-pin connector on your radar power cable.

4. Locate the red 4-pin female connector from the J&M CFRG unit. Plugthe red 4-pin male connector from the CFRG-ZUMO660 Adapter harnessinto the red 4-pin female connector from the CFRG integration terminal.(See Diagram) NOTE: If you already have a cell phone connection har-ness connected to the red 4-pin connector on the GFRG unit, it mustbe disconnected and removed as it will no longer be used.

Operation - Cell Phone

This adapter harness utilizes the available Bluetooth cell phone linkthrough the Zumo 660/665 for hands free cell phone operation for the driver’s helmet headset.

Operation - GPS Audio

Refer to your ZUMO 660/665 instructions for volume control/adjustments.
