To Whom It May Concern, Lenn has presented to the Central Florida Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development (CFCASTD) on multiple occasions and delivered a positive, professional program each time. There are three elements to Lenn’s presentations that make him a favorite with participants in the chapter. First, Lenn understands the importance of balancing learning styles in delivery. Second, Lenn leverages humor and entertainment to keep energy positive and upbeat. Lastly, Lenn activates learning by moving throughout the room to engage participants and drive involvement of the entire room. Lenn understands the balance needed to connect with a variety of learning styles. He draws from colorful slides and other physical objects to involve the visual learner, he uses sound and music to tap into the auditory learner and he designates small group cardbased activities to engage the tactile learner. In the end, all learners participate in a way that is inclusive and productive. Lenn is the consummate entertainer. He does this through song, through magic tricks, and through humorous dialogue and puns to make the presentation light and lively. His humor is never used in a way that could be perceived as offensive or degrading. He has a knack for getting the participants to chuckle and not take themselves or the topic so seriously, yet still respects the content at hand. Lenn knows how to work a room to gain buyin from all participants in the room. He’s not afraid to leave the front of a presentation room and move among the participants. He connects the participants in the back with dialogue from another table in the front. He asks questions that engage people and makes an effort to recognize good contributions from the group. In the end, Lenn is a high quality professional that understands how to raise the performance of others in the learning & development industry. His positive personality, his gift for humor, and his constant search to grow and learn more makes him a great speaker and an excellent professional in the industry. On behalf of the chapter, we thank Lenn for making his programs engaging, positive and rewarding. Through Lenn’s great speaking and passionate delivery, our members receive a program that adds value to everyone that attends. To  Whom  It  May  Concern,

Lenn  has  presented  to  the  Central  Florida  Chapter  of  the  American  Society  of  Training  &  Development  (CFC-‐ASTD)  on  multiple  occasions  and  delivered  a  positive,  professional  program  each  time.

There  are  three  elements  to  Lenn’s  presentations  that  make  him  a  favorite  with  participants  in  the

chapter.

He  draws  from

colorful  slides  and  other  physical  objects  to  involve  the  visual  learner,  he  uses  sound  and  music  to  tap  into  the  auditory  learner  and  he  designates  small  group  card-‐based  activities  to  engage  the  tactile  learner.  In  the  end,  all  learners  participate  in  a  way  that  is  inclusive  and  productive.

Lenn  is  the  consummate  entertainer.  He  does  this  through  song,  through  magic  tricks,  and  through

humorous  dialogue  and  puns  to  make  the  presentation  light  and  lively.  His  humor  is  never  used  in  a  way  that  could  be  perceived  as  offensive  or  degrading.  He  has  a  knack  for  getting  the  participants  to  chuckle

and  not  take  themselves  or  the  topic  so  seriously,  yet  still  respects  the  content  at  hand.

Lenn  knows  how  to  work  a  room  to  gain  buy-‐in  from  all  participants  in  the  room.  He’s  not  afraid  to  leave  the  front  of  a  presentation  room  and  move  among  the  participants.  He  connects  the  participants  in  the  back  with  dialogue  from  another  table  in  the  front.  He  asks  questions  that  engage  people  and  makes  an

effort  to  recognize  good  contributions  from  the  group.

Sincerely,

Brian  Kingsbury
