STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS YOUR CEUs

1. Sign-in to the UVCA website. a. Go to: www.virginiachiropractic.org b. Sign-in with your UVCA username and password

i. If you don’t know your username and password, call the UVCA office at: 540-932-3100

2. Click the UVCA logo in the top left corner to go back to the Home Screen

3. Once on the Home Page, scroll all the way to the bottom and find the box labeled “My Profile”

4. In the box “My Profile” click “Manage Profile”

5. Under the Heading “Content & Features” click “Professional Development”

6. Here, you will find all of the CEUs you have received with the UVCA. You can sort them according to program, credit type or dates you earned the credits. When you choose your filter, click “Apply Filter”

7. Once you see what you want, you can click “Print Transcript” a. If you have any trouble printing your transcript, make sure you don’t

have any other Transcript Print Screens open and then try again.

8. If you want your CEU Certificate for a certain program click the tab “Certifications/Programs”

9. Then click on the certificate icon next to the program you need a certificate for.

10. Then you’ll get a pop-up screen that will allow you to print your Certificate.
