Our Idea
• This dance club will feature high ceilings and a contemporary look with dynamic upscale decor, furnishings, and color scheme modeled after a big city loft.

• The sources of revenue in a nightclub are high-volume traffic, coupled with nominal spending.
• The alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and liquor) are the primary sources of income in this industry.
• Non-alcoholic beverages also play a crucial role in revenue generation as these are either served alone or mixed with alcohol.
• Timings for Night Club : 9.00 PM – 2.00 AM
• Door Charge : Rs. 350• On an Daily average we are expecting
400 – 500 People in our Night Club.

Market Analysis Summary:• The Juhu road average daily traffic
counts are currently 53,000, and will increase to 72,000 by 2012 following its connection to Andheri in 2011.
• The dance club and bar will accommodate 250 people.
