PRECISION AT YOUR COMMAND
A cutting-edge ergonomic flight deck makes the Denali a technological leader. Garmin G3000 avionics with touchscreen control, 14-inch displays and Synthetic Vision Technology make the Denali easy to fly. FADEC and a single-lever power control commands the engine and propeller to provide additional automation.
• Three 14-inch diagonal, widescreen LCD displays
• Synthetic Vision Technology
• Two touchscreen control panels
• Dual FMS with dual WAAS-enabled GPS receivers
• Dual transponders with ADS-B In and Out
• Digital weather avoidance radar
• Terrain Avoidance Warning System (TAWS-B)
• Traffic Collision and Avoidance System (TCAS I)
• Dual-attitude heading reference system
• Dual air data computers
• Digital audio system
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ENGINE
The Denali’s engine is better for the environment. Its compact reverse-flow combustor,
advanced fuel nozzles and reduced fuel burn enable class-leading efficiency. This
technology will also deliver major reductions in emissions and soot compared to
competing engines in its class.
DIGITAL SINGLE POWER LEVER
A single-lever engine and propeller control simplifies engine management. The integrated
propulsion control system automatically optimizes fuel flow, prop pitch and speed, bleed valves,
and variable stators for maximum efficiency in all conditions.
3-D SIMPLICITY
The Advanced Turboprop is the world’s first turboprop engine with
3-D printed parts. Additive manufacturing is used for complex titanium,
aluminum and steel components, turning what was previously 855 parts
into just 12. While there are many more components to the engine, this
reduction in complexity reduces fuel burn and weight and enhances
durability through fewer seams and tighter tolerances.
DAY-ONE RELIABILITY
Denali’s proven technology increases performance and extends
time between overhauls to a class-leading 4,000 hours. That kind of
performance backed by Textron Aviation’s extensive global service
network is a combination that can’t be beat.
BLADE TECHNOLOGY
The Denali’s engine burns less fuel than competing powerplants.
Advanced multistage turbine blades with the latest single-crystal
technology and internal cooling passages allow the blades to run
at higher temperatures resulting in increased performance while
delivering extended time between overhaul. At more than 1.4 billion
flight hours, this technology is proven on all GE-powered large
commercial and military aircraft.
Utilizing cutting-edge technology from GE’s commercial and military engine platforms, the Advanced Turboprop perfectly balances modern advancements with components that have a proven pedigree.
PROVEN NEW TECHNOLOGY
DISPATCH RELIABILITY
As a world leader in jet engine manufacturing, GE integrates
dispatch reliability into every engine they produce. Their
demonstrated success is built on a foundation of over
62,000 commercial and military engines and more than a
billion total flight hours.
HIGH PRESSURE EFFICIENCY
An advanced, compact compressor module delivers a
class-leading 16:1 pressure ratio. This ratio is almost 50
percent higher than the competition and translates into lower
specific fuel consumption in all phases of flight. This technology
demonstrates its efficiency today in the GE90 and other larger
engines with more than 1.4 billion flight hours.
ADVANCED FADEC
GE has more than 900 million flight hours of FADEC experience.
They’re combining this with their extensive propeller control
experience to offer the segment’s first dual-channel, full-authority digital
engine and propeller control. The Denali offers greater responsiveness,
optimized performance and a simplified flying experience.
