The Council for Saudi Chambers of Commerce partners with ISCEA
(International Supply Chain Education Alliance) to bring internationally
recognized Supply Chain Programs to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Council for Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CSC) is the official federation for all Saudi Chambers of Commerce in Saudi Arabia.
CSC have a notable role in the development of the national economy through the cooperation and coordination with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the business sector and all relevant entities in accordance with the general directions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Council cooperates closely with the Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry and assists in the protection, preservation and development of the business sector in Saudi Arabia. It acts as a leading partner in the nation’s development process.

ISCEA, The International Supply Chain Education Alliance, conducts many workshops to improve the knowledge of Manufacturing and Service industry professionals worldwide. ISCEA’s mission is to be a single source for Total Supply Chain Knowledge through Education, Certification, and Recognition.
ISCEA is the developer of internationally recognized certification programs of Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA), Certified Lean Master (CLM), and Certified RFID Master (RFIDSCM). ISCEA is the governing body for the Ptak Prize. ISCEA online members hold mid to upper supply chain management positions in Global 2000 companies.

The Council for Saudi Chambers of Commerce has entered in to a strategic collaboration with ISCEA to bring Internationally recognized Supply Chain programs to the council members and the Saudi business community. As part of this collaboration ISCEA will be holding CSCM (Certified Supply Chain Manager) workshop and exam sessions in the Kingdom on regular basis in partnership with Council.
GS1 Saudi Arabia (GS1KSA) – Saudi Barcode Centre, a not-for-profit organization, is the only authority for providing GS1 International barcodes for local market, a foundation tool for automation for inventory, warehouse, Point-of-Sale etc. We took the responsibility to increase the awareness among local businesses for supply chain automation and the global standards adoption to improve their logistics work process.
The Saudi Bar Code Center performs its activities through Council of Saudi Chambers. We are a member of the GS1 – Global Bar Coding Standards Organization. GS1 standards are widely being implemented and used worldwide. GS1 has over one million companies registered using GS1 standards.

TRAINING ACADEMY
The GS1KSA Training Academy currently offers international level training for GS1 Barcode Standards. It is a crucial and important part of our barcode awareness campaign.
GS1 international experts together with member organizations throughout the world is working to develop these courses that are designed to meet the changing requirements of GS1 and Supply Chain Management technologies.
ISCEA CSCM is steadily increasing in acceptance by Supply Chain Industry as the certification that covers the Total Supply Chain Operation.
