Term of Agreement
Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks before the beginning of the course through fax or e-mail In this situati on the att endance fee will be refunded less $400 retained for administrati ve expenditure The att endance fee will not be refunded if the withdrawal from the course takes place less than 2 weeks before its start date If you fi nd yourself in the impossibility to att end the course aft er the registrati on process is already completed you may delegate another person to att end the course in your place without any further fees charged If you have confi rmed and made the att endance fee payment but you didnrsquot att end the course the course att endance fee will not be refunded If you att end the course only parti ally (one day or a limited number of sessions) you will not benefi t from any att endance fee reducti on or refund
