What is it?The Certificate of Supervisory Essentials is a training program for Executive Branch employees who are (or aspire to be) supervisors. It is a series of eleven courses designed to help you succeed and lead.
How can I apply?The next open period is Dec. 1-31, 2016. Applications can be found on the Personnel Cabinet’swebsite and should be submitted to your training coordinator or, if your agency allows, may be sent directly to [email protected].
