C E R T I F I E S:
1. For the purposes specified in Article 4 of the Directive 2005/36/CE and so that
it is on the record for the relevant authorities of the member estates of the
European Union and the European Economic Area, that Mr. Vicente Agustín
Bellver Granero, holder of Spanish National Identity Document [DNI] number
2042695Q holds the Spanish University Degree of “Arquitecto Técnico”
(Technical Architect), and have joined this Professional Organisation in the month
of May 2005, when he became a member of the Official Professional
Association of Technical Architects of Valencia (Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores
y Arquitectos Técnicos de Valencia), of which he remains a member at present.
2. That the aforementioned Degree meets the definition established in the article
3.1.a) and the qualification level outlined in the article 11.d) of the Directive
2005/36/EC, of 7 September 2005, on the recognition of professional
qualifications.
3. That the corporate file of the aforementioned Mr. Bellver Granero shows that he
is up to date with his obligations as a member and that he has not been the
subject of any disciplinary penalty. He is therefore lawfully exercising his
profession.
In witness whereof and for the appropriate purposes I issue this Certificate at the request of the person concerned in Madrid on nineteen of Decemberr of two thousand and thirteen.
