Participants attended breakout sessions to improve their evaluation rater accuracy, deepen their understanding on the importance of a performance based culture and learn about how to assess their PLCs on a continuum in order to move the learning forward.Some participants attended a session to learn about service-oriented organizations and balanced scorecards to further student achievement.Attendees also spent two days learning and engaging in discussions about cultural competency with Eric Jensen.
