8.2 How to Build Your Power Team Regency 1

Kimberly Benjamin, HR Strategies

This seminar will focus on keys to building a power team. Leadership is defined as a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership attributes, such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge, and skills. Hence, the master key to building a power team starts with a powerful leader. Powerful leaders understand the art of building people by way of genuine INFLUENCE for people, as opposed to over people. This type of effective leadership sets off a dynamic reproductive cycle, resulting in a type and shadow system where power leaders reproduce power leaders, and as a result POWER TEAMS.
