CIRCULAR

Illinois Institute of Technology is hosting a virtual on spot provisional recruitment drive for students from India. This event will be very helpful for students from Anna University and its affiliated colleges who are in their final year of their study and who are looking at opportunities of doing their Masters in Illinois Tech. The details of the event are given below for your reference.

About OSPA: Our faculty will be interviewing students virtually in the month of November 2020 for offering provisional admissions on the spot for students aspiring and applying to do Masters Degree Programs in Spring 2021 and Fall 2021 with Illinois Tech. Appointments will be 20 minutes in length. Students can choose any of the dates that may be convenient for them to attend. Students will receive an event confirmation indicating the event date and the time that has been assigned.

The On Spot Provisional Admission Sessions will happen on:

Monday, November 9, 2020 Tuesday, November 10, 2020 Wednesday, November 11, 2020 Thursday, November 12, 2020

Appointment Window: 6:00am to 10:00am (Central Time Zone)/4:30pm to 8:30pm (IST) The event is free of cost, however prior registration (Application Form needs to be filled) is mandatory. Once your application is filled and submitted with all necessary documents, we shall review the same.

Admitted students or students who applied to Illinois Tech for the Spring or Fall 2021 term,

SHOULD NOT COMPLETE THE FORM. Students who graduated with a B.E/B.Tech &

those in the final year can apply.

Official or Unofficial copies of marksheets, Resume, GRE/GMAT Scores (optional) should be ready

while you begin the application

Monday-Thursday, November 9-12, 20204:30pm to 8:30pm (IST) The deadline for

registration is the Wednesday prior to the event date selected.

You must enter your information exactly AS IT APPEARS ON PASSPORT. Any differences will result in a delay in any

admission or I-20 materials.

The application allows students to select an ADDITIONAL PROGRAM. This is allowed with an intention to increase the students chances of getting admitted to Illinois Tech.

Upload individual semester-wise marksheets as one PDF. Consolidated

transcripts or attested copies WILL NOT be accepted. Failure to provide marksheets may result in a decline.

GRE/GMAT SCORES ARE OPTIONAL for Spring or Fall 2021. If test is

taken, send scores to school code, 1318. You must enter your score &

upload a PDF while applying.
