Welcome to our May Dairy Goat Sale As many of us know, the milk markets seems to be getting filled. On this sale, we have more animals consigned than ever before. With the quality of the animals, and anticipated lower breeding

stock prices, this may be a good time to consider re-populating or adding quality genetics to your existing herd. Thanks for your past patronage and interest.

Order of Sale:Registered Animals or those eligible for registration sell first,

Grade animals from owner / operators, Followed by all others if deemed eligible quality.

Consignor Guidelines:• Does over 4 years of age not accepted unless herd dispersal or registered

with qualifying records. If selling does as bred, they must be confirmed pregnant.

• Registered bucks accepted at any age if healthy and structurally sound.

Pedigrees should accompany bucks.

• No animals with visible abscesses accepted to sell with the groups of quality animals.

Animals should be dewormed prior to sale.

• Herd / Ind Milk Prod Records required, SCC / Herd Average should exceed 9# peak prod.

• Committee reserves the right to reject non-qualifying animals.

• Animal identification numbers are required (tattoos or scrapie numbers)

• Veterinarian will be available on grounds to provide health papers for all Iowa animals.

• Out of state breeders must have proof of negative T.B. Brucellosis test to sell reproductive animals.

• ADGA member will be present to read pedigrees and make announcements.
