Pursuant to the same code, thesepublic agencies include any public corporation or agency, including any county, city, town ordistrict.

On June 11, 2019, the Board of Education held a Public Hearing and adopted formationresolutions for the formation of Community Facilities District No. 35 of Riverside Unified SchoolDistrict (the CFD), and the CFD was officially formed. In addition, at that meeting the Board ofEducation gave first reading to an ordinance authorizing the levy of special taxes on all parcels oftaxable property within the CFD beginning in Fiscal Year 2019-20.

The Board of Education must adopt Ordinance No. 2018/19-02 Levying Special Taxes to beCollected During Fiscal Year 2019-20 within Community Facilities District No. 35 of RiversideUnified School District (Primrose), County of Riverside, State of California, and declaring theordinance to be effective upon adoption.

Approval of the ordinance will authorize the levy of special taxes within Community FacilitiesDistrict No. 35, beginning in fiscal year 2019-20.

The Board of Education will conduct a second reading of, and adopt, Ordinance No. 2018/19-06,an Ordinance Dissolving Improvement Area No. 2 of Community Facilities District No. 29 ofRiverside Unified School District, and Ordering the Recordation of an Amendment to Notice ofSpecial Tax Lien.

Ordinance No. 2018/19-06, specifies that Improvement Area No. 2 of CFD No. 29 is dissolvedand orders the Secretary of the Board to record an Amendment to Notice of Special Tax Lienwhich shall state that Improvement Area No. 2 of CFD No. 29, and all associated liens have beendissolved.

The adoption of this ordinance does not in any manner affect the special taxes with respect to CFD29, Improvement Area No. 1.
