Overview: Students have the option of doing yoga or 2 exercise videos. Students will also have the option of doing something off screen. Students will recognize that when you exercise, your heart beats faster and you breathe faster.
Estimated Time: 20 minutes
Explanation: Enjoy a fun exercise with a parent, sibling, or guardian and share how your body felt before and after exercising.
Squish the Fish Yoga focuses on strength and stretching movements while the students also get to listen to a story about Squish the Fish.
Students have done most of the exercises in the Kids Workout and deck of cards activity in PE class this year.
Quick things to know:
With an adult or sibling, choose either Yoga, 2 exercise videos or deck of cards exercises. Yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Different exercises work different parts of the body. You can also choose any activity from last week or make up your own activity.

Select one of the following and complete. Feel free to do this with family or friends.

After you complete the activity, complete the activity log and hand it in to Mrs. Engart when we return to school. You can also email me at [email protected] on your scheduled PE day to let me know which activity you did or you can send me a picture performing your physical activity (optional).
