DESCRIPTION OF THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF PROJECT:The project shall improve ADA accessibility within San Buenaventura State Beach as required byTucker vs. the State of California. Improvements include but are not limited to picnic sites, parking,trash receptacles, water stations, water fountains and concrete pathways. Measures to avoid and/orminimize impacts shall be implemented into the project and may be obtained through the contactinformation below.
