CeMAT ASIA 2020: Set Sail Again with 20 Years of DevelopmentAfter four action-packed days, the industrial mega-show organized by Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover Milano

Fairs Shanghai and the Chinese partners rounded off on 26 October at the Shanghai New International Expo

Centre. Themed with “Smart Logistics”, CeMAT ASIA 2019 welcomed more than 800 notable enterprises from

all over the world at a total display area of over 85,000 sqm. The number of visitors significantly increased this

year, reaching 142,975 with the remarkable growth rate of 42.1% compared with 2018, which consolidated the

shows’ position as the leading driver for intelligent manufacturing.

In 2019, CeMAT ASIA celebrated its 20th anniversary. The two-decade development has ascended the show to the

world’s second largest logistics equipment exhibition. CeMAT ASIA also made important contributions to the de-

velopment of China’s and even the global logistics industry by extensively enhancing the direct communication

between enterprises and customers, and inspiring innovation in the market competition.

Logistics equipment is a basic, strategic and leading industry that supports the development of the national economy. As a national scientific and technological group in the field of mechanical engineering, the CMES has formed a partnership with Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., thus jointly dedicating their wisdoms and services to the development of CeMAT ASIA, and carrying historical missions. They co-organized the 1000-person conference of "Intelligent Logistics Development Forum", China-Japan logistics technology seminar and other high-end conferences, worked hand in hand all the way, integrated production with education, and composed a new chapter for the industry development in a pragmatic and innovative manner.

CeMAT ASIA Innovation Salon 2020 will continue to join hands with partners to lead the trend of logistics industry, promote exchanges among industry peers and drive the development of logistics enterprises.
