Celebrating our ToP Champions:

LaToya Balogun & Evan Barnett, Youth Development Specialists, Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board

Ms. Balogun and Mr. Barnett have shared and implemented the mission of the Minneapolis Youth Congress (MYC) to MYC youth members, Jurisdictional partners and community, by introducing youth to the political process and empowering them to form their opinion, while creating a forum that bridged the gap between MYC members, youth in community and decision makers. They have used ToP methods as a standard practice for accomplishing this mission driven work.
