WEDDING NIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Couples reserving a wedding room block will receive a complimentary

Standard King guest room for their wedding night when at least 25 guest

rooms are booked. We offer four floors of accommodations with 225 guest

rooms and 10 suites.

GROUP ROOM RATES

Guest rooms are available at a special group rate for your wedding

weekend. Rooms feature comfortable beds with luxurious linens, a

flat-screen TV with premium cable channels and a separate sitting area.

Specials rates must be reserved four weeks prior to the wedding date.

EVENT SPACES

Our event space is ideal for small social events, rehearsal dinners, wedding

showers, after-parties and post-wedding breakfasts. The Somerset Room

is ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 60 guests, while our Lobby

function space offers a warm setting with natural lighting for up to 50

guests. Just off the Lobby, guests will also enjoy our outdoor patio,

offering lush landscape and fireside events for up to 60 guests.

TRANSPORTATION & SHUTTLE SERVICE

We will arrange wedding day shuttle service from a third-party vendor to

and from the wedding venue when a minimum of 11 rooms are booked

under your special rate. Complimentary parking is available for guests who

have booked within your wedding room block.

ON-SITE AMENITIES

Guests enjoy amenities including an indoor pool, a full-service fitness

center and stylish dining at The Bistro, offering a variety of options for

breakfast and dinner including healthy breakfast bites, Starbucks® coffee,

small plates and creative cocktails.

The Bistro is open until 11 PM and is the perfect location for your

post-wedding celebration. For groups wishing to keep the party going,

extended hours are offered until 1 AM for a $100 fee.

Can I add more rooms if my room block fills up? Am I held responsible

for rooms that do not get booked?

The hotel and reservations department will not automatically add more

rooms to the block if it becomes sold out. Requests for additional

rooms are subject to the discretion and availability of the hotel.

Additional rooms at the group rate are not guaranteed and are based

on group availability. Please contact your Event Coordinator to submit

a request for additional rooms. After the cut-off date, the hotel will

release any unreserved rooms for general sale.

Can I receive a list of who has booked in my room block?

Please contact your Event Coordinator for a current list of reservations

made under your wedding room block.

When is check-in/out? Can I check in early?

Early check-in may be requested and is based upon hotel availability,

approximately one week prior to event. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and

checkout is at 12:00 PM.

When will the shuttle service be ordered for my room block?

Your shuttle service will be ordered following the cut-off date once all

reservations have been made. Transportation is available to and from

the venue on your wedding day. If a minimum of 11 rooms are reserved

in your room block on the day of your event, transportation will be

provided to take your attendees to and from your wedding venue.

How are welcome bags distributed?

Welcome bags may be distributed complimentary upon check-in.

Welcome bags may be delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

What if my wedding guests book outside of the room block?

Guests who book outside of the room block are not accounted for as

part of the group block, therefore not included in the shuttle count. If

this occurs, please contact your Event Coordinator.

Will I receive a complimentary room on my wedding night?

For every 25 rooms that are reserved and utilized on a cumulative

basis, one Standard King guest room will be reserved for the night of the

wedding compliments of Courtyard by Marriott Basking Ridge. Special

rooms including suites, adjoining guest rooms and handicap-accessible

guest rooms can be requested and are subject to availability. Please

contact your Event Coordinator to make these requests.

When will I begin planning with my Event Coordinator?

As reservations cannot be made until 10 months prior to your event

date, your Event Coordinator will reach out in a timely manner

according to the date of your event.
