THE PROPOSAL
GENERAL CONCEPT
Allow subscribers with Java Enabled, Symbian, .Net & Blackberry device to opt in for mobile billing
Subscribers will have to install applet on the device
Subscribers will use the applet to request for bill to be sent to be delivered on the device / hand phones.
