Medical professional login: Same procedure as above.• If patient brings his CD, just insert the CD to
retrieve customer’s login ID, then login through “Medical professional login” box, this will automatically retrieve the medical history of the patient.
• Medical professional login ID & password can be changed later.
Event calendar:Click on a particular day to retrieve the event detail

a) Patient search: • Use HKID number (first 5 alpha-numeric digits) to search.• Click to start searching
Click “Patient List” within “Patient Management” to view the whole patient list
Click “ View” symbol to view patient detail
Click “ Removal” to remove a patient’s record permanently from the patient list
Click “ Edit” to set the patient’s ALERT (refer to section 5) and REMARK
b) List of patients that match the search criteria
c) Click “View” to see patient’s detail
d) Click “ Add to my Patient list” to add the patient into patient list
Set Patient Report Alert5.
a) In the “Patient List”, click “ Edit” to set report alert and make remark
b) Follow up: Preset to receive report alert. Email Alert / SMS Alert : Tick to receive email or/and SMS when there is new report.
c) Click “ Confirm Edit” to complete the editing
Patient Group7.
d) Select the date range for report viewing •Click here to select the whole month •Click here to select the whole week •Click on a particular day to select a single day
e) Click “ ” icon to generate report. Report will be generated in a few seconds
Click to change the calendar month
Click “Patient Group” within the ‘Patient Management’ to view the patient group
Click ‘Create’ to create new group (refer to section 8)

Detail : Click to view the patient list within each group
Edit : Click to amend the group name & description
Delete : Delete the patient group only after remove all patients from the group
a) Click “Patient List”, then select a particular patient
b) Click the type of report to be generated
c) Click “ calendar “ to retrieve the calendar and define the “date range” for report generation

Add patient : Add patient to selected group (refer to section 9)
Create New Patient Group8.
a) Click “ Create” button in the “Patient Group” page
b) Group Name : Assign and type a group name
c) Description : Type in description of this group
d) Click “ Create ” to confirm
Add Patient To Group9.
a) In the “Patient Group” page , click “ Add patient” button of selected patient group, a patient list will be retieved (refer to section 8)
c) Finally, click “ Add to Group” to confirm
b) Tick to include this patient into the selected patient group
Remove Patient From Group10.
a) In the “Patient Group” page, click “ Detail” to view the patient list within this group.
c) Click “ Remove from Group” to confirm
b) Tick here to remove a particular patient from this group. This will NOT delete the customer record from patient list, only release the patient from this group back to patient list.
