These villas are part of a 28-million-square-feet master

development in Dubailand. It is aimed at being the most prestigious Golf community in Asia, with premium branded mansions, villas, townhouses and luxurious apartment units. All villas were to have different design themes and CCI was employed to design the Andalusian themed villas. Since Andalusian design is quite rustic and traditional, CCI streamlined it to match the luxury that the project is associated with.
