Familiarization Trips Independent Site Visits

Connecting the Dots

To assist universities in better preparing students to join tomorrow’s cultural mosaic, we offer Familiarization Trips and independent Site Visits as a means to observe firsthand our students’ study abroad experience with CEA Global Education.

When choosing a partner for your study abroad needs, we offer universities the same advice we give our students: Ask questions and do your homework. Our Familiarization Trips and independent Site Visits are an opportunity to talk face-to-face with our international staff and faculty, as well as on-site students, sit in on a class session, and participate in both academic and cultural activities. This is your chance to engage us directly – in the cities we cherish and on the campuses we admire.

“I knew that CEA had various locations throughout the world, but when you read about each location- one pamphlet at a time – you don’t really get the big picture. CEA does have a worldwide network, and the different opportunities available for students are phenomenal such as interning at

the Cannes Film Festival in France. The flexibility that CEA has and its willingness to accommodate the needs of its affiliates and partners are highly beneficial.”

– Kabee Vue, University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, Prague Familiarization Trip
