Application procedure

Partner universities formally nominate their students to UVSQ by email: [email protected]

Nominated students then complete UVSQ’s online application: http://moveonline.uvsq.fr/moveonline/incoming/welcome.php

Requirements and tuition fees

A French Language certificate is not required but a B1 level is highly recommended.

No tuition fees, but non EU-students will be required to register to the Sécurité sociale (the French national health insurance system). The cost for the 2015-2016 year is 215 €.

COURSES Law and political science

Sciences: biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, environmental engineering

Social Sciences and Humanities: economics, management, administration, sociology, history, geography, literature and civilisation (French, Spanish and English)

Medecine

French as a foreign language: 2 courses offered per level

Courses taught in English: American and English Litterature and Civilisation, some International and Political Studies courses.

Please note

Odd semesters are scheduled in Autumn and even semesters in Spring.

Students are required to choose a Major field of study but are free to take courses in other fields.

The access to the following courses is not guaranteed: licence professionnelle (Vocational Licence), licence de musicologie (Music Theory Licence) and 2nd year of Master. Students need to contact the relevant teacher prior to arrival, to get permission to attend such courses.
