Journal Editor Search

Appointment for a 3-5-year term beginning August 2015

Equivalent to ½ FTE

Must be tenured or tenure-track academic familiar with variety of community development disciplines

Must have proven track record of publications and revenue generation

Location of editorial office and support from the editor’s home institution can be negotiated

Financial remuneration is available for editorial support

Journal Editor Duties

Selection and preparation of articles, case

studies and book reviews (7-9 per issue) and

coordination of peer-review committee

Selection of editors for special issues

Manage copy editing process and serve as

liaison with Taylor & Francis Publishing

Serve as liaison with CDS Board of Directors and

the Society’s association management firm
