CDS, Inc. was incorporated in 2001 by President and CEO, Mr. Dionisio Ortiz  II.    The  parent  company  is officially  registered  in  Puerto  Rico as  ‘Corporate Document Solutions, Inc.’  and  has  as  its  primary  sub‐corporation;  

Corporate Development          Solutions (AKA CDS), Inc,   Corporate Development Solutions , Inc. focuses  its deliverable services on  corporate,  government  and private  industry  infrastructure pro‐jects  as  they  relate  to  consulting, planning,  analysis,  needs  assess‐ments and overall work plan perti‐nent  to  the  short,  mid  and  long‐term development of a given pro‐ject.    This  includes  certified  engi‐neering services that are specific to the discipline of a particular project whether  it  is  to  support  future  in‐formation  systems,  telecommuni‐cations  systems,  security  systems, electrical installation projects or all of  the above.   This division of CDS also  supports  these  services  for ‘green’  technology  solutions  and the  conservation  of  natural  re‐sources and protection of the envi‐ronment.  In addition, it also incor‐porates  Project  Managers,  Fore‐men,  Technicians,  Electricians  and Apprentice’s  that are dedicated  to the  implementation,  installation and  certification  of  development projects.    It  also  focuses  on  ser‐vices  related  to  private  industry LAN/WAN  topologies  &  Network designs  including  BTS  Stations, Tower  Installations,  Wireless  An‐tenna & Access‐Point  installations, C.C.T.V.,  Intrusion  Control,  Fire Mass  Notification  Systems  &  Ac‐cess Control Systems.
