Specific Objective: To improve the community’s systematic and organized waste disposal system that will lessen improper waste disposal To promote waste segregation and management To encourage residents to become responsible for their own trash To inform residents on the benefits of a clean and healthy environment To lessen the problems brought about by flooding due to improper waste disposal C. Actual Activities:The project will be implemented through the support of the barangay head and chairman, and with the help of the community’s garbage management team. The flow of activity will include the team doing volunteer work in helping the barangay’s sweepers and garbage collectors with their work, followed by the putting of posters and signs regarding waste management and segregation, and lastly, the distribution of leaflets and articles concerning health problems that can

Post-implementation Activities:The project will be assessed through surveys distributed to residents, especially on those already previously surveyed on the pre-implementation stage. Officials will be asked to help in the evaluation of the community, as well as in the analysis of the people’s response to implemented activities. The barangay chairman and residents will also be interviewed in the process of evaluation and in updating with the community’s progress.
