National

The mission of National Students of AMF Support Network is to support college students grieving the

illness or death of a loved one.

Additionally, you can use the following terminology:

National Students of AMF is a support network for college students grieving the illness or death of a loved

one.

National Students of AMF: A support network for college students grieving the illness or death of a loved

one.

No additional text should accompany the mission statement. You may use National Students of AMF and

National Students of AMF Support Network interchangeably in this statement.

Chapter

Because their focus is slightly different than the national focus, our chapters also have a mission

statement:

The mission of Students of AMF at < school> is to provide peer support for college students grieving the

illness or death of a loved one and empower the campus community to take action through service.

This statement can also be worded omitting the chapter name, as in the following example:

Our mission is to provide peer support for college students grieving the illness or death of a loved one and

empower the campus community to take action through service.
