Format

• Each proposal copy submitted in a 8 ½ x 11” loose leaf 3-ring binder. (Original marked).

• Response tabbed and in sequence as identified in Section III.

• Signed by an authorized representative of the Proposing entity that can legally enter into a contract.

Amendment

1. Amendment: Page 5, Section I (I), the following sentence is

hereby added to the sixth paragraph:

“Any Applicant awarded any prior funding through the

Economic Development Open Application RFP process that

has not complied with their contractually obligated job

creation goals is not eligible to receive funding for this RFP

cycle.”

2. Amendment: Page 15, Section IV (E 1.1), referencing

Fingerprint Clearance cards, is hereby removed.

The balance of the specifications and instructions remain the

same.
