Why?

Unfortunately, the costs associated with installing, maintaining, and repairing conventional security systems have often been prohibitive. To date, security systems relied upon proprietary hardware, software and solutions, which required investment in expensive, dedicated equipment and custom software programming.

This situation is changing. For the first time, largely due to the ubiquity of the Internet and IP-based applications, security systems are significantly more affordable and much more effective for organization of all sizes.

IP is the Future

Over the past few years, organizations of all types and sizes have migrated their proprietary networks onto Internet-based networks (based on Internet Protocol, or IP). IP has rapidly become the single most popular network protocol in the world, and a majority of buildings and facilities now have an Internet or Intranet connection.

These organizations have discovered that IP networks can distribute real-time voice, audio, video, and data to disparate locations. Whether within a single building, to remote sites, or across the world the networks are much more efficient and cost-effective than non-standard, proprietary approaches, because IP enables a multitude of diverse applications to utilize standard network technology.

The primary benefit of this IP-based strategy is the cost savings and flexibility associated with using one converged network, rather than installing several smaller, proprietary systems. each dedicated to a specific application and each requiring custom hardware, cabling and maintenance. Unlike with proprietary solutions, users with IP solutions have access and control of virtually any audio, video, lighting, data, heating and air conditioning, and security application from the desktop.

IP versus Conventional

Here are some important facts to remember when comparing IP-enabled versus Conventional security

solutions.

The use of conventional wiring and other proprietary communications methods will become largely obsolete in the security industry in the near future. IP-based networks are already the communications standard for numerous devices, and IP has proven to be the easiest, most flexible, and cost-effective standard for integrating and connecting different security products and systems.

The IP network allows the most flexible and cost-effective integration of access control, security systems, and video camera technology. Because end-users tap into existing network connections, no additional wiring is necessary. Even if new wires are needed, the use of standard networks provides numerous benefits from the usability of the connections for multiple applications to easier maintenance due to standard tools, know-how, and IT resources readily available.

Incorporating security systems into the IP network allows end-users to fully integrate multiple systems and share information in real-time via the Ethernet network. IP communications is the best way for different security systems, software, and platforms to share information, as end-users can access all systems and components through a standard Ethernet network.

System Architecture

IP-base security systems are designed to be modular, intuitive and relatively simple to configure. Users familiar with standard network protocols can easily connect these devices to an existing router, assign an IP address and immediately access the device over the network. Since these components take advantage of existing CAT5/CAT6 infrastructure, the need for bulky, expensive coaxial cable runs can be altogether eliminated when installing network video cameras.

Innovative IP based access control and other systems offer similar cost savings since multiple sites can be linked together over a network allowing remote programming, diagnostics and maintenance.

Fully Customizable User Management

The User Management interface defines Users and their security authorization rights on the DVR and from Remote Clients.

Check the attentiveness of the person who is monitoring the system. You may set the number of times the Attention dialog box to appear in a day.

When this feature is enabled, the Attention dialog box would appear. The person who is monitoring the system must enter the same number that

appears from the left box at the right text box and then click OK.

Report provides graphical analysis on how fast the person responses.

Bandwidth usage can be controlled by assigning bandwidth limit to individual camera or total cameras to avoid delay and hick-ups in video streaming, which usually happens if bandwidth requirement is not calculated and data exceeds

available bandwidth limit.

Home Automation

Basic Automation of other electrical/electronic devices i.e. Switching lights on and off at scheduled times or by motion, is also possible with

AVer Hybrid DVR, which is offered for CCTV project.

But for advance level automation, a separate Home Automation System will be required. Commonly used Home Automation features are

discussed in this presentation, enabling you to check possibilities and make automation plan for your home as per your requirements.

Proposal for home automation with Specific software and hardware will be submitted after your feedback regarding your specific requirements. Please note, most Home Automation Systems are modular, means you

only pay for the function which you need, no need to pay for the features which you do not need currently need. More modules can be added to

the main system whenever required in future.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged in crash, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized agencies. under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages.

After warranty has expired, Maintenance Contract is available for the equipment to fulfill the maintenance requirement in order to keep the equipment in perfect condition all the time.
