In their own words, “Good companies become great by committing themselves to their core values and never forgetting to take care of each customer or patron the best way possible, at all times. Every employee, like every customer, makes a difference, and the interplay between all is what determines the overall score in this world. Without you, we could not accomplish the true greatness we strive for and continue our original goal to create a company that stays ahead of the curve, remains positioned in its center, adheres to the best standards for our patients, and stays compliant and focused on quality and evidence-based medicine. Thank you all for being part of our team.” The West Coast event was held December 13, 2013 at the Palace Grande in Spring Hill. The East Coast banquet was held December 14, 2013 at Creative Catering Banquet Hall in Port St. Lucie. As everyone enjoyed mingling, partaking of the flowing chocolate fountain of deliciousness, and browsing the tables of prizes to be raffled, music played to a slideshow of team member photos taken at the prior year's banquet and throughout the year. As dinner was being served, Dr. Singh gave a very heartfelt presentation speaking eloquently and soulfully of how precious life is and of the endless opportunities we all have to achieve our dreams during the short time we are here. Praise, appreciation and gratitude were expressed for making 2013, through all its turmoil and challenges in a rapidly changing health care system, a very memorable and successful year. Dr. Dalton Benson announced the ACES winners and finalists in sixteen categories as Juan Triana presented the slideshow of winners and finalists and handed out the awards. At the end of the evening, tickets were drawn and lucky winners walked away with prizes including $25 and $50 gift cards to restaurants, movies and spas, beautiful gift baskets, indoor basketball game, Nikon Cool Pix camera, Blu-Ray DVD video streamer, PTO, $100 Amex gift card, and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. This event just gets better every year! Everyone had a wonderful time and we are pleased for this opportunity to share some pictures and highlights of these events with our patients, families, friends and community. Holidays are upon us again and it is time for celebration and reflection. Celebration of life and reflection upon the need of others and what we can do to help. It is also a time to look at our company and see how far we have come from a practice of four physicians in 2001 which had a very small presence in Hernando County. We are proud and grateful for what we have accomplished together for Access Health Care Physicians, LLC. Next year should be further consolidation and improvement of our services with an obsessive focus on how to improve ourselves and do a better job for our patients and employees. These are difficult times for all of us. But these are also opportunities to excel as a company and as individuals. We are used to roller coasters in our industry. The question is how to ensure that the turbulence becomes an educational and exciting experience, and a chance to improve constantly. Let us be the best in what we do. ACES 2 ACES 7

The winners of the ACES awards are nominated by fellow team members. There are several categories and winners are chosen based on the information provided as to why an employee feels someone deserves such award rather than number of votes for a particular individual. Every person who received at least one nomination was listed on a large board put on display at the banquet. The actual winners and finalists were individually called up to the stage to receive their awards while the Masters of Ceremony read aloud some of the wonderful comments written about their hard work, spirit, teamwork, leadership, likeability, dedication, etc. And, not only did they receive praise and

recognition, they also each received 8 HOURS OF PAID TIME OFF!!
