Procedures:
1. Prime Healthcare Inc (“Prime”) issues Purchase Order/Procurement Contract per their SOP
3. CCG Trading issues FCO for the review and signature by the Prime .
4. Premier returns signed FCO to CCG Trading with a Know Your Client (KYC) sheet.
5. CCG Trading issues SPA OR PERFORMA Invoice, subject agreement with Premier
6. Parties execute documents and transmit the documents to each other electronically with
originals delivered by registered courier.
11. CCG Trading shall issue a complete set of shipping documents per the SPA for each shipload
immediately upon receipt of Bill of Lading.
12. Payment by TT/MT103 wire transfer for the shipment upon receipt of shipping
documents/SGS/delivery notice or as agreed per Sales and Purchase Agreement
13. The payment procedure repeats for each shipment throughout the contract term.

Federal & State Agencies as well as a number of national health care organizations. We take
title to the goods in our own name for import and delivery to the US. We Supply a number of
federal agencies to include, but not limited to the Defense Logistics Agency, Dept of Defense,
and the Federal Emergency Management Association.
